While these vintage style coils give the 59 neck pickup an airy quality that keeps it planted firmly in the PAF family, the alnico 5 bar magnet, and vacuum wax potting have been added to accommodate lighter guitar strings and louder amplifiers than were ever used in the 50s.
Designed in the early 70s, the JB Model humbucker is our most popular pickup of all time. It adds juice and versatility to the bridge position of any humbucker equipped guitar. With its hot coils, and alnico 5 bar magnet, this pickup delivers an unmistakable upper midrange attack, a tight, articulate low end, and harmonically rich highs that can really sing.
This versatile studio-grade compressor is a must have for any bass player looking to maximize their sound, with a range of tones from subtle to super-squashed. One of the secrets to the Studio Bass’s power is its 3-position mini-toggle and blend knob, which give you near limitless control over your tone by letting you mix uncompressed tones alongside the effected sound. Blend in your unadulterated clean signal, a mid boost that will help you cut through the busiest mixes, or a fat low-end growl. Find that sweet spot where harder picking lifts the dry signal right up above the effected signal or mix in just a hint of the original sound. Punk rock pick players, slap-happy funkateers and ferocious fingerstyle players alike will find endless sonic options, and there’s enough power that you can even use it as a clean boost for solos. It also makes a great always-on pedal to form the heart of your sound.
The Woody SC is a passive, magnetic soundhole pickup that delivers a bright, clear acoustic tone that is great for both energetic strumming, and delicate fingerstyle playing. The fact that it is a single coil means that you get more chime, and top end brilliance. All of the Woodys are available in our custom maple, walnut or black stained housing, and are double potted to keep them resistant to feedback. It mounts instantly into your soundhole, with no modification of any kind needed to the guitar and can easily be removed at a moments notice.
The Pegasus was originally designed for extended range instruments. However, 6 string players immediately demanded we offer a version to call their own. It incorporates an alnico 5 bar magnet and custom winding specs. The goal was to deliver a warm, balanced, responsive, and lush tone for progressive metal. It’s a harmonically rich pickup with a prominent midrange and a focused low end.

La Super Rica means “super rich”, and this silicon fuzz is just that. Inspired by iconic fuzz sounds, Seymour Duncan built on the classic with a parametric midrange for maximum versatility. They also bumped up the overall volume of the pedal so that it would be easier to match levels with your amp and added a low-contour voicing switch with three settings – so whether you’re using single coils, humbuckers, or even a bass, La Super Rica can keep up.
The Andromeda™ Dynamic Delay is a new approach to the traditional digital delay – as much a performance tool as it is a sound effect. Andromeda features warm, hypnotic repeats with an unparalleled level of control and musical, dynamic interaction. The combination of versatility and ease of use make it an indispensable tool for the creative guitarist.
While many overdrives emphasize particular frequencies, the Forza gives you a more even spread across the frequency range. The voicing is very open, and it sounds just as good through a clean channel or hitting an already-overdriven amp. In addition to up to 37dB of gain there’s a three-band EQ for controlling the lows, mids and high end, and the Level control has plenty of range to allow use as a clean boost too.
The Palladium Gain Stage effects pedal is the first stompbox that actually captures the feel and responsiveness of a high gain tube amp. By focusing beyond just the tonal characteristics of Palladium, we designed an innovative architecture that captures the full-bodied depth and character previously unattainable in an effects pedal.
Some guitarists like their chorus to be subtle and traditional. Others prefer bold and unique. The Catalina Dynamic Chorus is designed to do both, with analog character and an unprecedented level of interactivity. It has controls for Mix (from silent to unity to a +3dB boost for the wet signal), Rate, Depth and Delay, as well as a treble-attenuating Tone control for dialing in the clarity or warmth of the wet signal. And the Catalina also features a unique Dynamic switch which allows you to interact with the Depth control as you play: the Hard mode signals the chorus depth to increase as you play with more intensity, or flip it to Soft mode and you will receive more effect as you play lighter.
